Do you also design personalized fabrics? Yes we can manufacture personalized and custom-made fabrics, according to the customers requirement. Width, color and design can be varied to satisfy a customer's need.
Do you take orders through mail?. Of course, we take orders through mail, you can place your orders by e-mail or by post mail or even through a phone call. To see the e-mail address, Contact address or the Phone number see our 'CONTACT' page.
Do you take payments through credit cards? No this facility is not available with us for now but shortly we will be arranging for the same. Payments at present should be made through Demand Drafts, Money Orders or Cash.
Who pays for the delivery charges? The delivery charges are paid by the customer.
How much time does it take to process an order? It depends on the order quantity and other requirements of the customer. On receipt of your order, we would be able to tell you the exact delivery schedule. However normal orders take two weeks to get executed.
What is the delivery time involved? The delivery time depends on the distance to be covered in reaching you, but to give you an idea: it takes 48 hours to send the product anywhere in India.
What is the range of cost of your products? Our wide variety of products come in all possible ranges, we manufacture products keeping in view the requirement and customization of the customers. Our products ranges from Rs. 15 to Rs. 100 per metre as per the texture, design, shade and specialization asked by the customer. All prices are F.O.B - Surat, unless specifically indicated. |
